Firstly, I LOVE the property industry! I started my property journey in Estate agency when I was 19, working for a local estate agent in West Bridgford, initially as a negotiator but I quickly worked my way up to a valuer role. The 6 years spent here gave me invaluable experience in residential and commercial sales and lettings, the property investment market and extensive knowledge of the area itself, where to buy, where not to buy and the best time to buy.

After 6 years of learning the trade here, I wanted to move up in the world of estate agency and aimed to move to one of the most well regarded estate agents in the UK, Savills. I am happy to say that I achieved this goal and have been at Savills now for 5 years, operating as one of three valuers in the residential department. Since the age of 21, alongside my estate agency work, I have carried out flips, buy to lets and commercial to residential property investment strategies in my free time.

Due to my estate agency / valuing background I am thankful to know with confidence what to buy, at what price and its resale value, all aspects that now help me to find these deals for other, like-minded investors.
